“When you do the right thing, you get the feeling of peace and serenity associated with it. Do it again and again.” ― Roy T. Bennett

Every child deserves the chance for peace.

Children’s Peace Alliance Foundation aims for every child to acquire knowledge and tools to effectively practice conflict resolution and emotional regulation skills on a daily basis. Our hope is to reach as many children as possible, regardless of the family’s financial capabilities.

Children’s Peace Alliance Foundation collaborates directly with local agencies and schools to implement an evidence-based educational prevention program for children. The educational prevention program is specifically designed to help children cope with challenging family changes, is based on over 25 years of research, and offers 4 distinct age-appropriate curricula. Further, the program provides children regular contact with peers with similar experiences.

In order to be most accessible to children, and reach children on a consistent basis in an anchored environment - i.e. the child’s own school - the foundation collaborates directly with local agencies and school personnel.

Project Lemonade

When life gives you lemons, make lemonade. An age-old adage brought to life through this educational and interactive evidence-based prevention program, specifically designed to help children cope with challenging family changes - i.e. parents’ separation or divorce - and facilitated within children’s school environments.

Mediation and Conciliation

Conflict is inevitable; it is how we cope with conflict that determines our outcome. Utilizing mediation and conciliation empowers the creation of attainable and sustainable solutions, and every parent carries a piece of the puzzle that is invaluable, needed, and important. Mediation and conciliation are alternative dispute resolution process utilized to address conflict between parents - developing and/or updating a sound parenting plan that is in the children’s best interest.

Be an ally.

Unite for the well-being of every child. A peaceful and happy childhood is something every child deserves, and is something every child can attain with the proper tools, resources, and support.

Every child should know:

“You’re braver than you believe, stronger than you seem, and smarter than you think.”
